Such a useful talk brought in a very cool, unique way. Pim is a great speaker.
Andreas is hilarious! This talk has it all: laughs, history lesson, current problems and how to deal with them.
If I where *forced* to give a tip, the only thing I would say is remove the few slides that have bulletpoints. You don't need it!
Really useful advice! Nicely structured talk brought with a bit of humor. Would definitely recommend it.
Learned a lot from your talk that I can use while working on projects, thanks for that!
While I appreciate the very insightful view of containerization, I was a little put off by the us-vs-them theme during the talk where Docker is given a bad grade in comparison to Platform.sh. I appreciate it might be hard to see a rival product that is inferior in your eyes, but it does hurt the presentation by diminishing trust. If the talk was the technical part plus "...and we're _really_ _really_ good at that at Platform.sh" it would have been super convincing. Because Larry certainly knows his containers all the way down to the turtles below...
Very good talk about the browser API's. Loved the super hero theme during the entire presentation. In my opinion sometimes a bit too much, but I like Rowdy's passion and the way he combines it with his other passion, speaking ;-)
Cool, clear examples. Loved to be in control of the robot via Twitter at the end. Really nice to see you involve the public with your talk.
I like Jeroen's style, it was an entertaining talk as always. But on the content side I felt it fell a little short: many concepts are touched on which gives the impression of being shallow (while Jeroen most certainly knows a lot about all the tpoics mentioned), and the actual problem being solved is described in great detail, but I think some parts of the solution don't really add to the story and can be left out.
This might leave a little more space to get into the Kafka end of things.
Great talk, excellent mix of general information, technical details and opinions. Good performance.
It's a good talk, very neatly packaged. Maybe just a tad too neat, I think the audience could benefit from some more examples from architecture that was improve by using a messagebus.
On the delivery side, Robert did a good job - maybe also a tad on the "neat" side, where a bit more excitement would have gone a long way.
I loved this talk. It's a good mix of technical things and the reasons _why_ we need them. It starts off fast so I felt a little lost in the first few minutes, but everything falls into place after that. Live demo was also executed to perfection, well done!
