Great talk, I didn't know about the complexity of OSM.
One thing you could change, is the visual appeareance of you slides. In my opion they are kinda visual boring. :)

Great coverage, but missed APC in the backward compatibility breaks. Opcode cache is just vial for many sites and the current APC situation is just odd. My understanding: missed launch PHP5.4 launch date, but beta version is compatible, with stable version compatible at some date in the uncertain future. Right?

Englisch wohl ein wenig Verbesserungswürdig. Inhaltlich dafür allerdings top und deshalb auch 4 Daumen. Kritik mit den Folien kann ich jedoch ebenfalls bestätigen. Besonders die Fußnoten konnte man kaum mehr lesen und ich saß in der 2ten Reihe.
