Clear, straightforward introduction to DDEV. I just recently started using it, so this session was really helpful and interesting.

Really enjoyed the bit of history around date and time and all the fun facts sprinkled in. The straightforward, practical advice was much appreciated. Really helpful session on tackling the tricky parts of working with dates in apps.

Search is one of those areas I've always been interested in, but haven't had much reason to build out a system (or it belonged to another team) and the cost of Algolia et al was discouraging. Not only did I learn about Typesense, but Josh did a wonderful job walking us through the setup, configuration, and common use-cases.

Thanks, Josh...now I'm going to have to become a search nerd! 😅

"Programming languages teach you not to want what they cannot provide." Love that quote!

Enjoyed the way this keynote was structured and how it covered old technology and older coding paradigms. I think if the three concepts were better tied together at the end, it would have provided an more powerful message.

Fun talk covering the idea of vibe coding and showing how it can work. Would have liked if it expanded beyond just using Claude and covered more general "vibe coding" concepts.
