Solid talk with a really interesting and inspiring story. Evan has a good sense of humor and effectively gets that humor across in his slides. As the keynote presentation to launch a weekend full of talks, I felt the presentation was a bit light on time, but the content was appropriate in setting the tone for the weekend. Nice job!
Excellent points about customer service & doing something different. Solved more problems than I can count when I've been mowing the lawn :)

good, fast survey of CI tools & practices ... for some of the reporting tools, screen shots would make an awesome addition (esp. the Technical Debt plugin for Sonar).
Great talk which makes you think. Definitely agree with the do something different - as I've taken that to heart over the years and have lots of different hobbies.
