Really enjoyed the subject and delivery of it. Michael covered the subject from all sides, pros & cons, simple applications up to more complex and shared a variety of tools that can be used to automate.
I would highly recommend this talk to developers and development team leads.
The only suggestion I would make is maybe to watch out the length of the talk.
Great talk. Made me aware that automation doesn't need to be automated and raised good points as to why you would want a manually triggered automation process. Also made me aware of software/technology I've not heard of before and will definitely be checking out.
Made good points about what to automate and what not to, clever and witty parts (I love the automation of the talk quip), and I also learnt a few things I didn't think of before. Great talk, definitely worth checking out.
Great talk. Only comment is that it's wasn't always easy to know where we were at times. Perhaps use a list with a highlighted entry on the section separator slides instead of just a number.
