When working on multiple "platforms" (i.e. the camera demonstration, moving to the slides, then also desktop demo) it might be worthwhile to either emulate some sort of Picture in Picture, or use pre-recorded material instead. This allows you to more seamlessly communicate the message without the silent uhm moments.

Very insightful, and the explanations of the different components were communicated well.

Awesome Talk! All my favourite things in one, PHP, Electronics and Lego, Holy Cow! Brilliant!

What an awesome presentation. It was kind of deep but you made it simple especially with the practical examples. I am really inspired. Keep up the good job.

I found it exciting just to rub shoulders with the guy who wrote such an important application in the PHP world. Your humility and way of presentation just made me realize anyone can do it. Great job and thumbs up.

Extremely interesting talk. Gamification for developers mitigates the boredom that often comes with writing tests. The tools Andreas mentioned in his talks are well worth looking into. Overall a useful talk.

Excellent, thanks. I use onion.io to do similar stuff, but REALLY want to get into adruino.

Also do you know about Yebo Electronics in boston, they also sell Adruino kits etc. (fort777.co.za) :)

This was very relevant especially after also noticing that most of the group members are self taught and soft skills is one aspect you cannot easily teach yourself.

We would like to see more of these topics which you can immediately go and apply in the work place. Gareth did a very good job he was very clear and straight to point.

I liked this presentation it was well layout the slides were shot and straight to the point and I liked the surprise it brought. When I first saw the topic I was really interested to see that replacement only to realize PHP is here to stay so I am still safe.

This was a very interesting talk, that took a turn for the better when Andreas started talking about various tools one could use to help gamify ones growth as a developer. I was expecting this to be more a light hearted talk and not one where I'd be bookmarking so many pages.

This reminded me of a time when I used Beanstalk as a VCS, and it had weekly commit stats, and I always wanted to be on top, so I could relate to what Andreas was talking about.

This talk would greatly benefit any developers who are interested in testing as well as starting a project (open source or not). The insights and ideas were inspiring.

Overall a really interesting talk, and glad got to hear it.
