Profiling of production. Profiling your tests. Using extra machines to save dev refactoring time. Very helpful practical ideas.

As someone who rarely has a plan I found this very entertaining.

Really got me thinking about how congested the internet is getting and how we survive that. Great presentation.

Enjoyed this presentation. Nice to see how its done in slim - we are using Apigility.

Jeremy had the perfect wit, attitude and humour for hosting this, what a fantastic way to relax after an intense day of talks!

That suit though... ;)

While they were mostly more extreme examples of how we can all code more defensively, there were some amazing examples of ways that day-to-day code can be hugely improved and made more resilient.

I'm already putting the things I've learned into practice and Marco presented his talk in an engaging, interesting and educational way.

Great talk and very interesting. It's always nice hearing a talk with a real world example. It was a nice touch mentioning xhprof as well as Blackfire and the advantages/disadvantages of both. I think somebody raised a point about blackfire being free to use with some paid premium features. all in all, great talk and lots of improvements since you gave the talk at PHPSW.
