I really enjoyed this talk! I like it when talks go beyond programming or techniques. It also gave me some insights to be a little more grumpy in an optimistic mood, just for my own good.
Yeah, an actual conclusion and some slide decorations would've been nice, but I enjoyed it anyway.
I would've wanted to hear a little bit more on the layout of the Azure platform: which services there are, what they provide and perhaps some cases of applications where you can use the various services to your benefits. I've been to the Azure stand afterwards and that overview is exactly what I was looking for!
Perhaps it could've been good to inform beforehand that a credit card is required, or to ask people to register before the workshop. This way it could've been much more effective.
Excellent introduction, though probably a bit time-constrained.
An event to remember !
The core team, volunteers, sponsors and speakers cannot be thanked enough.
So: Thanks, hopefully till next year.
I'm with most of the people above: some extra words or a guideline on a slide could've given a kind of index on what would be treated.
Regarding the content I was very pleased that this was actually more on the internals. I've seen enough 'You should just put this here and this there and see it works'-talks. I wanted to know how it works. That's what I've been looking for and I didn't get disappointed :-)
