I think most conferences can learn something from the organisers.
I have only one small remark:
Adding an indication of the technical difficulty of the talk to the schedule, e.g.: 1 is beginner, 10 is expert. I think this would benefit the audience and the speaker.
The conference was very well organised and I really enjoyed my time here.
The lockers idea is indeed an excellent idea. This way you don't have to carry your laptop/swag around during the socials.
The quiet rooms is great, but maybe a "crisis room" would also be a good idea. For people who have a little crisis at work and need to solve it without the noise of the exhibit halls.
Last small remark: the bus schedule for the shuttle bus could do with a better UX
Excellent conference, both in the talks and between and after. And perfectly organized, at a very convenient location (at least when you have a room in Ter Elst). Thank you to the whole team!
I had a very good time at the conference. This was my 5th year and I must say that PHPBenelux is perfecly organised. It is a pleasure to attend.
Maybe the only (small) remark is the closing remarks; this seemed a bit hectic/unstructered.
Anyway, nice job (again), PHPBenelux Team!
I had really great time at PHPBenelux. Every single aspect of the event was perfectly organized, no questions about that. Registration, communication, social areas & events, just to name a few...
I know how hard is to organize technical conference on this level, so big THANK YOU to all the people behind PHPBenelux. Respect!
Lockers mentioned by Srdjan, or a place where you can store your belongings safely would be great, by the way ;)

This is my 4th year attending, and I am looking forward to the 5th.
The talks were great, I learned something new from each one I attended.
The venue, social, food was even better.
If possible you should introduce lockers next year, so people could storage their backpacks, and could enjoy the activities even more
Top notch as always, really good selection of speakers and talks, I learned something new from every talk I attended. Food, the social, the community/break room, everything was without a mistake.
