Kind of a typical keynote. No real takeaways.

Good info and the hands-on section was pretty valuable. I don't yet feel like I could go back to my team and actually *do* this, but I'm not sure a half-day workshop could provide that.

Great practical introduction to ML, and demo of AWS's ML tools. Physical handout was a nice touch!

Only complaint: workshop could touch a bit on the theory/fundamentals of ML just for a bit of context. That said, it was pretty wise to avoid describing how stochastic gradient descent actually works. :)

Was hoping for a little more info on new 7.2 features but still a good presentation with a lot of data to back it up. Upgrade already!

Great talk, already know how I'm going to apply it. There was a lot to follow, I really appreciate the additional links to learn more.

Great overview and learned quite a bit of trivia

Some really good advise and insight into PCI DSS compliance. Well delivered for what is a very dry subject. Perhaps could go into more detail with the upcoming things (SAQ A-EP etc), as some of the given advice I believe will not be valid in the near future.

Lorna did a great job combining explanations with live demos. I definitely am coming away with a better handle on what CouchDB is and can do. She also provided very helpful answers to specific questions, even after her session had ended. Thanks!

Danese was quite competent as a speaker, and she has lots of experience to draw from, which is definitely valuable. However, I felt like I didn't glean many take-aways (personally) from this particular talk. It's good to remember that we stand on the shoulders of giants, and to learn from our history, but the Q&A portion of the talk seemed more interesting to me than the main part of the presentation.

Learned a lot. Very well presented for newbies to document databases.
