I like the structure of the talk as well as the link back to your personal life (continuous improvement), that made a lot of sense ;) Content-wise it was a good talk, very well structured and easy to follow.
Not sure about the target audience for this talk but I since I am not *that* profound in ZF I kind of got lost in the second part of the talk. Way too much code for me. If the talk is focused on non-ZF people I would change that a bit, if the talk is focused on ZF people there is no need to improve the second part.
You also might want to get rid of the humour parts and just focus on the content and the presentation as-is. But in general I did enjoy our talk.
Very basic talk, yet managed to throw in some nice tips about managing management!
Good intro to expressive, very well explained how to scale from "hello world" to enterprisey!
It got a bit philosophical, but that's good!
Very well put together talk. For me it was just the right combination of content and inspiration to go and look at this outside of the event. Adam gave us enough information to get us hooked and start thinking how to refactor our legacy code.
