Loved it. Lively and fun.
Wow, my head just exploded. Smart guy. I need to do some reading now. Thanks Davey.
Good teacher. Presented loads of info I'll need to read about later.
Loads of information.
Stuff to think about. Great talk.
Good stuff.
Good stuff. I would have preferred a Skipper (https://skipper18.com) diagram to annotations for a more visual representation of what the entities were defining.
p.s. let Doctrine name your tables the same as your entities (with optional suffixes for multiple namespaces in a object manager) so you have a canonical name for the Entity and Table. User != users
Again Davey is fast and furious. He covered every aspect of H2 that I'm (now) familiar with as well as branching into PHP specificities with code samples and could reference his own work pushing PHP forward for more compatibility with HTTP/2
Gemma lead us through several studies that were sometimes counter-intuitive yet scientifically based. They challenge conventional wisdom about software development and provide some good fodder for thought. Her style of delivery is energetic and fun.
Nice presentation. Looking forward to trying out Peridot.
