Excellent info about streams! I'm a little less afraid now.

Talk was a nice romp through the past...hopefully my code is not going to kill anyone.

The information was presented very well. I didn't leave convinced that middleware was going to be something I can build my app around though.

Great talk as usual. I really appreciate how Cal said it's up to the individual to decide what better is and to work toward that.

Great speaker. I'm growing a bit weary of the open-source contribution emphasis at this conference but this talk was so well presented that you can't help but feel inspired by the story.

I really enjoyed this talk more than I expected! The information was presented clearly (no pun intended) without dragging on too much. Would love to do this in some sort of tutorial / workshop format.

I didn't really understand the message of this talk. There were a lot of references to conversations with people on twitter and I wasn't sure what to make of it. There were some graphs of different languages being used and their popularity. I guess the point was that without "community" php would fade away or something? There were entertaining parts of the talk that made me chuckle but I was left not really sure of what to do next.

Loved the breakdown of the performance tips that have been drummed in as rules over the last decade, and just how many of them are going to be obsoleted with HTTP/2.
