Mark always does a great job in his presentations. His speaking style has the ability to make you feel comfortable even with complex and complicated topics.

I really enjoyed the talk, I think that shining the light on the dark days of the FreshBooks codebase and then essentially proving you can build yourself out of it offers a lot of support to refactor side of the refactor vs rewrite debate.

I thought Amanda had some great tips around interacting with communities. I appreciated her candor and honesty as she shared examples from her own experience both when things went well, and when things went poorly.

Colin did a great job covering a complicated topic. I found his examples straightforward and easy to understand. The animated gifs were a nice segue between the different topics.

Good talk. Speaker needs new remote. 5 thumbs up.
