Felt more like a sales pitch for their product than informative. Included pricing which was a bit awkward.
Overall, great insights into testing process, tips and tricks! Blurred lines between usability testing and focus-group style "testing", which may be a bit misleading to those who aren't already familiar with subject material. Great presentation style!
