Very good session with lots of demo's. We primarily support PC's but as we gradually begin supporting other departments in our college we are taking on support of more and more Macs.
Great!! Loved hearing the feedback from the "start of school" committee.....very glad that the communications worked and that uncw students know who to contact when they need help!
This was the most useful session for me and my position. I am involved with orientations every year, so thank you for sharing your ideas.
