Informative on processes for mobile support. I was happy to hear that there is a strong push for conquering the issue of screen sharing support for iOS and Android devices, especially since everyone has one or two.
I'm always interested on how other universities handle their student support. This presentation was very informative on the process and policy used at ECU and allowed for good comparison to our own services.
Great presentation, I found Pork Chop to be the answer to a question not many at my university have been asking, but need to be asking.

Very thorough explanation on their system. I really liked how the form and function was able to meet the needs of the student, faculty and admins.
