Good to see similarities/differences compared to our migration experience!

Always an interesting topic. Since career banding has been altered by the legislature, it would be great to have a summary in lay terms of the changes to the program since its inception and its current state, especially with respect to salary changes and position classifications.

Agreed wholeheartedly, very good insight into the current workflow and limitations to help guide the rest of us looking into software alternatives.

Good talk with lots of good takeaways. With the noise in the room and no sound system, slides would have been nice to highlight key points, but the content was good and the passion was definitely there.

Excellent information. Particularly liked hearing about the issues and pitfalls. Refreshing honesty about a successful project.

Nice presentation. Good use of examples and graphs.

Good knowledge of the area. Nice beard also!

Very timely information. My help desk team has provided numerous help documents for out end-users. But they keep coming back with the same issues time after time. Session provided useful information on adding new modalities of training, as well as new resources I was not aware of before. Definitely gave me ideas on a few areas my department can work on in the coming months.

Session provided some insightful information on how to approach training of constituents. Made me realize that some of my practices are not the best approaches of solving an end-users problem. Received some good tips on how to approach training in the future.

I came to session at first thinking it was covering a slightly different topic. However I came away with some very useful information, and several things to consider. My department manages its own web site, and I'm pretty sure that we are out of compliance by at least one standard if not many. I now have some useful information to go back with, start evaluating what we have, and find approaches to fix known issues.
