Great talk by @skoop putting all things in perspective for becoming a conference speaker. It's one of the best talks I've seen in a long time. Good job!
I came in late since I gave a lightning talk downstairs as this class was starting. There's nothing like being told how to do it all right immediately after you did it all wrong.

Great pointers from an experienced conference speaker for anyone interested in doing their own session/uncon. Stefan shared many personal experiences and wisdom with the audience. Other conference speakers I have seen could benefit from Stefan's suggestions. Additional tips and experiences contributed by the audience were also helpful.
