Great presentation and confirmation that we are doing things right with our API. A lot of the techniques Lorna covered validated some of the things we learned while researching best practices. Skilled presenter clear, concise and fun to listen to.
To this point this has been the most useful talk for me at this conference as I'm right in the middle of creating an application that is going to talk with an already existing API and may in the future built upon the same API. Lorna is a very entertaining speaker who is very knowledgeable about the things she chose to speak on here at ZendCon.

Good high level overview with a nice set of code samples to play with.
Enjoyed the session. Loved the sequence diagrams. I always find slides with abstract diagrams easier to follow than code slides.
