Very nice introduction to varnish. Great speaker, clear & easy explanation of the concepts and good use of the slides with nice diagrams.
Interesting talk. Would be nice to see some realtime demo's.
Very good
Interesting talk, complex topic but very clearly explained.
Generally a good talk, some things would have been better left for audience to explore :) and giving some demo with apache benchmark or something similar would be super useful.
Very good presentation on the internals of varnish and vcl and the steps and hooks available.
Would have liked to see some more practical info on how to reliably use varnish with a setup like php / laravel that uses cookies a lot, it was mentioned, but a little more in-depth would have been nice.
A very nice introduction to Varnish, Talk started slowly with explaining HTTP. But I understand it was needed for a diverse audience.
Great talk for a wide audience. It gave a good view on what you can do with Varnish.
I would like to see more code snippets or real project examples. Maybe some use case where Varnish really helped?
I find the topic useful, nice presentation of Varnish tool
The talk felt more like I walk through of the Varnish documentation rather than showing how PHP developers can use the powers of Varnish.
More modern and real-world examples would have been good.
Love this talk!
I think that Mattias had a great way of intriguing the audience and he explained Varnish very well. For me, as a havent-even-touched-varnish-once listener it was awesome!
The only minus point (and the reason I don't want to give it all thumbs up) is that there was quite some talk about stuff being "Chinese" - which I consider not that suitable for a conference. I would consider chosing another word for saying that things are hard to understand (like mumbo jumbo or whatever). To me it's not that a professional expression to use.
