Excelent keynote!
Great presentation -- light, informative, and enough nerd/geek themes to be entertaining plus practical project management advice!
The talk this morning at Sunshine PHP was literally the best talk of the conference. Very good job!
interesting, fun, and informative
Excellent talk, Paul did a great job illustrating how the pattern of myths can be applied to teams and the problems they have.
As usual, a great talk from Paul.
Excellent talk. It was very entertaining and enlightening.
Simply great! I am unable to make any other comment :)
Excellent talk! Your presentation style is very engaging, and really helped relate a common pattern in stories to how development projects and organizations work. I think this is why Agile development methodologies can be so successful, as it allows us to adapt to changes in requirements and schedule. I agree: Time is always the enemy.
The best talk of the convention so far! Delivery and message were on point.
great keynote .. he killed it up there
Excellent!

Wonderfully entertaining keynote with real life implications.
Thank you again as well for the chat afterwards.
Excellent keynote. Best executed talk of the entire conference, hands down. Well done, sir.
Epic presentation. From Joseph Campbell to Dukes of Hazard this presentation covers a lot of ground and was entertaining and engaging. Thank you!
Great keynote !
I came in knowing Paul is an excellent technical speaker... and wondered how those skills would translate to a keynote. As it turned out, the answer was "quite well!"
The talk was very engaging, and I really enjoyed seeing Paul show that pattern recognition is a skill that applies to every domain, from stories and movies, to the code we write and the teams we work with. His description of various "players" in the teams we work in were great, because they were immediately recognizable as people we have worked with or currently work with. I particularly valued his advice on how to work with people as well, to try and play to their strengths.
Great talk about patterns in teams. The analogies to Joseph Campbell's "Hero of a Thousand Faces," movies, and different people on a team were spot on.
Almost gave this a 1/5 since I thought he was going to recommend we watch "The Last Airbender" movie, but he actually meant the TV Show, so it's all good.
I really enjoyed it. Sometimes it's just about analyzing to find patterns around us, everywhere. Also I liked the advises to deal with the different kind of situations.
