Bobby took us through the Singleton, Observer and Builder patterns and put them into context with real examples within the Laravel framework. I particularly liked the singleton knife and fork example. When eating dinner, you dont throw your fork in the sink and get a clean one with every mouthfull !

Great work Bobby.

Some solid ideas, well-presented.

Little too advanced for me. Bobby definitely needs more stage time. Practice makes perfect!

This talk made me very very hungry!

Great talk and some great lessons taken away about the various patterns available in PHP

Helpful well presented talk looking at 3 design patterns (Singleton, Observer & Bridge) and providing useful examples.

A great follow up from Design Patterns 1.0

I'll certainly be picking up the book. A different view of my challenges

Hi Bobby, this was a great talk with lots of detail. I am looking forward to looking back at your part I

Great talk

Bobby is a great speaker and knows what he is talking about. I learned a lot while he explained these new patterns I didn't know about. Sometimes these patterns can be quite complex and I sometimes found it not too easy to follow till the end of how they work.

All the 🍕 talk made me hungry, but a very strong talk all the same! The example of the bridge pattern could perhaps have been a little clearer to start, but made more sense by the end of it, so really didn't detract from this talk.

Great coverage of the singleton and observer patterns which fit really well into Laravel, I struggled a little bit to understand the bridge pattern but it means I can look into in my own time, great talk

Great pizza slides, and lovely examples of laravel design patterns.
