Nice talk, good topic, talked pretty well, much clear information that you can actually do something with. And besides that, this dude has a voice from TopGear. Awesome.
Great talk. Clear and understandable.
Loved it
Great talk, good tips and this talk has learning points for people outside your target audience too!
Great talk! Clear messages, good talking skills and we know you practiced this a lot if you can explain a missing sheet from memory!
Great talk with good tips. Also very nicely presented.
This talk was great. Great presentation skills, good structure, good topic. I'm going to check out all the resources you mentioned on your slides.
Clear and relaxed speaker. Handled the broad and complex subject very well, setting out a good definition of the position of technical lead and the different requirements and pitfalls to get there. Valuable information.
Nice talk, easy to follow
Excellent talk for anyone who wants to progress their own career or help improve the development team they already manage.
Good tips, I like that the speaker shared lots of personal experience
As a senior dev it really gave me some good tips and insights on progressing to tech team lead. Good relaxed speaker being able to clearly convey the info.
It helps that Ben is a native English speaker, so he was easy to understand. He presents very naturally. He did cause some confusion with me regarding what technical team leads and team leads are in his opinion. Good talk though!
Very well presented and valuable talk. Gave me some great insights into my current role and recognisable issues that come along with it. Thanks!
Great talk
I should have read the excerpt a bit better before joining in with this talk. As someone already being a team lead I was hoping for some insights I had not run into myself, which it didn't contain. But that's purely from my perspective, I can totally see this talk being helpful for someone the talk is targeted at.
Great talk. I like the idea of pair programming. :)
Best talk I saw at this conference, in my opinion! I liked the novel subject and insights, and the 'evangelism' for seasoned developers to stay in a technical role than move into line management.
(Sorry I can't deliver this feedback as a shit sandwhich, but I really have no negative point to put in between ;) )
