Talk comments

The speaker itself was obviously nervous, unfortunately that brought the level of the talk down from the start. Plus the whole self-promotion of BALR did not help it either. I felt that the 10 minutes used to promote BALR would have been better used to go a bit more into the details of why or how you are using the tools.

Tom (the guy answering the questions during the Q and A), was a lot calmer and answered the questions on a constructive and helpful way.

Learned some things I wasn't just not using, but didn't even know about. The speaker was great; clear, informative and humorous.

Good start on how GraphQL could be used, the whole versioning part looked a bit odd to me, but maybe that's just personal.

As a tip for the speaker, please give it somewhat better structure.

The talk itself had potential, would have loved to see more examples of configuring the long running processes in upstart / systemd.

On the speaker itself, I agree with some of the earlier comments, the monotone way of talking did not help to bring your message home. Adding a bit more humor and variation of timbre would have helped giving more impact on the talk itself.

Big message for just 45 minutes of time, but the skills of the presenter plus the content of the talk itself pushed the message home.

Found the talk interesting in what the impact could be on any service.

Would have loved some more examples how to deal with the regulations, but overall the speaker had a nice flow in the talk itself.

Very insightful and well presented.

Good pace, nice mix of advice and practical snippets. My constructive criticism would be that you don't need the video intro, your own material is more engaging!

Nice one, just a good demotivating talk!
