Enjoyed the presentation, as others have mentioned sometimes a little hard to follow moving back and forth between points.
Overall still very informative and plenty to learn from!
Excellent talk and funny examples, very informative! I liked that you explained in detail all the pitfalls that one may encounter trying to develop a 100% async application. I liked the "find and fix only the bottlenecks" approach that you're proposing.
The tips and tricks all seem pretty important and handy to me.
While I'm a beginner at the field and I cannot evaluate them from a veteran standpoint I would guess revealing some hard-fought hands-on insights is not suitable for a conference, since the speaker is doing that professionally and for a living (if I get it right :) ).
The talk was smooth, definitely it has seen a lot of iterations over time and is well polished. The speaker did excellent job of keeping uptempo the whole time and I do appreciate her sense of humor :)

Nice talk, it was informative and I liked the real world use cases you've included in the presentation. One think I didn't like was that all examples was very AWS specific and you didn't cover in more detail the PHP support by the other major cloud service providers (GC etc.)

There was some crackling noises, but I dont know if that was a problem at my end or a problem with the talk.
