Code and magic, what's not to love?! Though honestly the tricks were a little trite but Mike used the magic analogy well enough that they weren't completely out of place. The information presented was all really useful and relevant.
I also agree with Ian, "full-screen, please!"
This may have been the best talk of the conference. Jeremy presented the core concepts of SOLID in an engaging manor with extremely realistic and relevant examples.
A bit unconventional in the delivery but lots of useful information. I'm sure the demo would have been great and with a little more preparation in the future I'm sure it'll go without a hitch.
Fantastic talk! I loved the way it was presented and the information in the talk (while I was already familiar) was great and inspired some great ideas.
Great talk with useful info on becoming a leader and what to do when you're in that position. Would love to hear Cal talk again.
A good travel through the history of the Internet and the WWW.
I saw many talks about event sourcing, but Even, at least for me, was able to explain it in a way where everything comes together.
API development from a totally different approach.
Instead of reminding us of a "good" API should do, he made as think about what a "good" API shouldn't do!
For me it opens up a complete new look at API design.
Mike has to work in his magic tricks :-)
But, besides that, he made sure we don't forget the principles of API's .
Very well prepared and full of good information. I love the idea of "thinking like a bad guy" (security is a personal hobby) and exploring that avenue of API development was very relevant.
