Talk comments

I must partially agree with the supposed troll. I mean we should be honest here, right? The first 20-30 mins kinda had me thinking "what's this got to do with anything?" - dictionary definitions in talks are somewhat cliché, and if you're going to do it, do it quickly and move on IMO (sorry Frank!) **but** the rest of the talk made up for this.

The have-a-look-at-other-implementations ideas presented in the talk were pretty interesting, and I'm glad the talk progressed into such topics.

That said, overall it felt a bit like Frank stumbled through at times, and adding that to that the somewhat less-than-useful first part, I can't give this talk a brilliant scoring it may have otherwise had.

Frank: I hope you don't take this to heart too much. I think you have some good ideas, but maybe just get to the point of the talk a little quicker so you don't lose people.

I really enjoyed this talk. Composer is something that we all use everyday and many of us have no idea just what it's capable of. Was great to learn more about the inner workings and even better to hear it from the man himself. Solid talk Jordi.

I enjoyed the first part of this talk but wasn't so sure when it switched to the live coding. I must admit though... I began Googling the variadic arguments stuff when you were talking about it thinking "what the hell have I been missing out on". Luckily it was clarified that it was still in RFC shortly after.

Ross, you did great! Impressive speech with interesting topic, which have extended my views towards HTTP. cheers! and thanks a lot for sharing with us all.

A great talk Taylor although I must admit I was expecting to see a little deeper into Artisan commands. The talk seemed to focus on commands only briefly and then focus more on queues. This wasn't particularly a bad thing, it was just something I noticed.

Matt delivered a great talk. Was very interesting to see and hear about some of the history behind PHPs OOP past.

I was looking forward to this talk but didn't feel the content really matched the title. To me it seemed a little more "show and tell" like.

As Kirk said, nothing particularly ground-breaking, but a good talk nonetheless and delivered really well.

Everything came across really well and Matt's a very likeable guy.

Fabien, as expected, really knows his stuff. Well presented too.

Good talk, and I had a good chat with Jordi afterwards about some technical stuff.
