This was a fantastic presentation. His simple definitions and examples of the concepts made it easy to understand. His code examples were clear and to the point. His section on API testing really cleared a few things up.
Needs actual examples. Very abstract.
Get out there and make something awesome.
Spot on. Cal did a great job explaining what it's like to be a member of this community and inspiring the audience to get involved. The biggest thing I took away is that contributions to the community don't have to be building the next big extension, it can be as simple as routinely blogging cool shit you're doing. I'm probably the worst blogger in the world, but I'm going to implement Cal's advice.
As always, Cal is an excellent speaker with truly inspiring content. Great keynote, Cal!

Cal is very inspiring in person! His presentation was well focused and made it clear to me that I need to be doing more to be awesome. I have to work on giving back, and sharing what I know.
Inspired to get involved with the PHP community more. Gonna check out the documentation team.
