Great overview, lots of good reasons to upgrade from 5.4

Excellent presentation. Concise, to the point, delivered lot's of goodies that are useful to improve PHP performance. I personally came away with 3 immediate items to look at related to my companies usage of APC.

Was a great start to the conference, it kept things at a highier level, which I think was good for a keynote. It got into minor details, and was very interesting to hear more about NASA and the experiences.
Awesome stuff, certainly learned some new things, exactly the type of talk I was looking for/expecing.
I'm amazed at what Gene and his fellow leaders have accomplished here, and look forward to helping lead a virtual self-study group for SQL query writing, MySQL administration, and MySQL query optimization.
This talk was *excellent* to learn how he did it, how to apply the model to your own use, the pitfalls and successes.
A large topic squeezed into a small amount of time, but gave us the flavor of Gamestorming's structured, collaborative approach to designing user experiences.
