Though this was, as you said in the talk, a "Regular Expressions 101" session, I did take away something new [and awesome] - the "x modifier"!!! Well done.
Loved the Dr. Who tie-in! Nice [and sometimes scary] history of what the web was 15-20 years ago, and where we are headed. great start to the conference.
Great information in this talk. The speaker was very well informed. However, I wish he would have hustled through the first 2 segments so he could spend more time on the last two.
Great talk. The speaker was very knowledgeable and well-informed. The talk moved at a great pace, I feel like he fit a lot of information into the brief time we were in there. I took a lot away from this talk.
Great workshop. She really had us get into the nitty gritty of usability testing and I feel like everyone came away with some new skills. Fifteen minutes into the workshop I was already emailing my coworkers about things that needed to change on our application!
One of the best talks I've been to! Anthony is a great speaker and is able to present fairly complex ideas and theories in a simple, easy to understand format while making it entertaining!
A very good talk. I enjoyed the perspective of establishing agile in a larger company and the hurdles that using agile in situations that might not necessarily fit the norm caused. It was fascinating to hear how they got around them.
This was by far one of my favorite talk of the conference. I've seen many of the same issues crop up over the years, but this talk puts them together very well. I feel that I will be a better OO programmer from listening to the talk and putting the things that I learned to practice!
More of an introductory talk then I expected, but all in all it was a great talk. Mike is a very entertaining speaker, as well as a knowledgeable one.
Great talk on APIs, and how best to implement them [everywhere you can]. Reaffirmed a lot of choices I have made developing our own APIs, as well as opened me to different ways I can use/implement them. Thanks for sticking around after the talk to talk more with some of us.
