Talk comments

After the talk, I have to sit with the ideas I took and manage to find why should I use such an complex method to deal with Containers. What happened with KISS?

Anyway, I love that software engineering behind.

Good speech to convince people to start using Unit Testing, but what happens with people already using it? Anyway, this guy knows how to keep a talk alive!!

Si hubiera sido más genérica (menos Azure) mejor. Me hubiera dado igual si en vez de un WP hubiera sido una estática. Creí que veríamos comparaciones Azure/Amazon/...

No del todo mala, pero mejorable.

Rasmus gave a good and interesting overview of the history of PHP, where it is now and what the future looks like, but sometimes I had the feeling that some of the other topics he touched were not always that related to the subject of the talk. I did like the overview of the new things in PHP 5.3 and PHP 5.4, where PHP is going, and there were some performance tips in the talk that are quite useful.

Clear and elaborate keynote, taking the attendees through what it takes to start using PHP in the cloud. Nice content and not too heavy as well, good you showed us live how it works, even though the internetz failed a bit :) You handled the echoing issues very well, just kept on going like a pro. Overall a good and objective take on cloud technologies.

Although I respect Rasmus and I enjoyed most parts of the talk, I didn't always agree with some of the things that were mentioned. I learned some nice tricks/tips, but they didn't always fit into the story or "the bigger picture".

I had the impression that Rasmus was somewhat biased, which of course is his right. All in all I enjoyed it and I'm happy to see a talk by the guy who started it all. I would definitely want to see this talk again and check if my criticism would still be valid.

Good and detailed instructions on how to use DI, with an overview of code without DI and then gradually improving it using DI, including the use of a DI Container. Enjoyed this talk.

Happy to see this talk again. Although the crowd was ultra silent (maybe because of the language barrier), I had a great time and learned a thing or two.

Would like to see this one in a hands on version. Maybe you should do this one with a partner/assistant to make sure people get as much practical info as possible.

I have my own definition of DevOps and I'm happy to see yours differs a bit. A learned a lot about the tools that can be used. I hope you will include more about the gap between developer and sysadmin mindsets in the future.

Nevertheless ... you seem to be a very knowledgeable person and a good representative op the DevOps idea.
