I also attended to this crash-course session with humble perspective and indeed learned about method chaining. I was expecting more advanced OO concepts but this was out of the session scope which was only lasting 30 minutes anyway.
It was my first insight in jQuery and I definitely loved to see live practical examples. Very good presentation to ignite new jQueriers.
Some great examples there. Practical examples in only a few lines of code. Well done.
Could've been a bit longer but well done for such an early morning start with such a "heavy" topic.

Excellent venue with top notch facilities. Wi-fi was good and amazingly even had strong 3G signal on iPhone!

Very interesting talk with a lot of coding and examples. I've learned a lot about this talk and started using jQuery rightaway.
Very nice venue - close to (well, connected to!) 2 affordable hotels which is extremely important for those of us that have to travel far and keep an overall budget in mind.
