Pretty good for their first talk.

Unluckily the font colour in their demos was a bit dark and hard to read.

Talking wise the only downside was how nervous they were, which will get better with more experience.

PHPSchool.io is an awesome idea.

A great live demo on how it works.
As always very brave to do some live coding :)

Although it is aimed (currently) at beginners it can be easily extended to cover more advanced concepts.

I see so many uses for this. From teaching students, to training teams.

Well done guys!

Looking forward to see more exercises, workshops and people using it! :)

It was great to learn about GNU Parallel and running jobs in parallel.

Although the example used was running in 3.4 seconds (which is pretty fast already compared to projects running for a few minutes and some times hours). However, using Docker he got it under a second. Over 300% improvement, so certainly something to experiment with in the near future.

A fairly technical talk. Good to see the history of ssl and tls with some statistics.

What I enjoyed the most was the live demo and looking at Wireshark and seeing the different things that happen on each part of the request.

Very educational.

Nice to see the thinking behind it and why do it. I liked the approaches showed and most of all keeping it simple.

A nice and hands-on approach on configuring an Nginx web server looking at things like static content, PHP as well as caching and load balancing.

I thought it was missing an Nginx introduction and overview of its features vs Apache and then go on to fine tuning.

Wasn't really sure what to expect... based on its title.

A really enjoyable talk with some food for thought ;)

But where would we be without PHP? Or where will we be without PHP? Still a question to be answered.

A very educational talk on CSP. A really good and easy to follow presentation with some really good links to follow on.

Something to look into more closely. Good call on the log first approach.

The speaker clearly knew the topic but most of the talk revolved around statistics or configuration features and was a little bland as a result.
