I agree with Hamish, the content was great but the extra time could have been filled with some examples of what could be done.

One of the best prepared workshops I’ve seen in a long time with about as much of an in depth review of the tech/libraries that you could fit into a 2 hour slot.

I liked the solutions for common problems of adding tests to existing code. I’ll go home and refactor a little bit to add some important tests :-)

I picked up a couple of ideas about hack and hhvm, but I wouldn't use hammock in a project where I need to mock 3 classes in a test for example because I would end up with 3 nested closures.

Good introduction to the topic, well presented.

Good introduction, and well-presented talk. However it only lasted 45 minutes, so I feel David could've expanded the content to include some practical examples of using event data, maybe with how anomaly detection could be implemented?
