The first half of the talk was more a ‘beginners guide to Agile and why we should do it’, which I think at tech conferences like this we’re well past.
The second half ended up being a series of tools to use... not necessarily a bad thing, just not what I’d expected from the abstract.
Well structured session, but I felt it moved too slowly - the background could have been covered more quickly which would have left time for more technical content.
You also did well not to make it a ‘vendor session’ (though the ‘sign up for a free trial’ on the bottom of every slide was a little unnecessary).
Clear, concise, well explained and with great code examples to back up the explanations.
Entertaining talk that will help people be more real about the real risks of distributed systems.
