Talk comments

Nice talk but the POV from the beginning seemed to be like GraphQL is an alternative way to do the same thing of REST... which is true indeed but the key concepts about querying and other things were explained a bit “late” so I’ve lost a lot of attention because I was trying to figure out how those approaches could be “interchangeable”. After I got it, the talk was enlightening! I agree with other comments about little focus on backend

Really nice talk with a lot of interesting real implementation cases. Just one note: James was speaking really fast and sometimes reading the code and following him was a little bit difficult.

Very good pointers and tools explaination.
4 stars due to basics examples: I always prefer to have real use cases that not involves model knowledge then too obvious ones.

I’ve seen lot of videos and tutorials and explainations about blockchain and crypto currencies in the past. All were based on technical aspect of this subject. I’ve never understood pretty much anything. When this talk started I thought “umh, here we go again” but, surprise, I was wrong.
Not easy subject explained in a very easy and intuitive way that confirms my idea about Fabien: he’s a really smart guy who knows how to share his knowledge.

Inspiration mission completed, I'm just reading graphql.org :) Don't stress, it was good.

Concept was interesting, without any questions. Live demo of Graphqlhub interaction with conference Twitter feed was super. Nice slide design ;)
