Great talk, meaningful stories and brilliant exposition.
Best decision ever to have joined this PHPday. :D

The way you went through this talk was amazing! And the way you handled things when it went wrong was a highlight for me. You showed that everyone can tinker with it and it’s ok to just try things when they go wrong, and I got a really good insight into the process and the testing, thanks Gina for a successful, funny and educative presentation.

A good overview of the possibilities offered by GitHub actions.

The live demo was brave to be done to start with, since "PHP source code is a 29 years old C code base", so it's definitely really difficult to work with. There were some technical difficulties, but the overall result was funny and informative nonetheless

For developers who have never used or are newish to GH Actions, this is a great primer. It provides useful beginner-to-intermediate points that help developers understand the capabilities and requirements of GH Actions.

Great kickoff talk, and interesting subject that has a lot of opportunity for exploration and expansion.

Very nice, I would have loved more examples of special/rare use cases for GitHub actions. Also, I would love to explore the idea of executing GitHub actions locally and therefore use the same pipeline to check everything locally instead of Make (https://github.com/nektos/act)

The talk is simple and plain, and by just running trough a list of CI steps Rob is able to give you a lot of tips and suggestions on what to do and what to improve in our CI workflows
