The organisers really put the effort in for this one. Having the food organised, drinks etc were great and the range of talks available was fantastic. One or two of the talks had people standing in the Practicum room. I think a wider range of drinks and a dedicated speakers room would have been great. Some speakers ran over their time affecting the next talk, so being a bit 'stricter' with the Speaker and having the room manager retroactively cut off any Q&A at the end instead of letting the Speaker handle it is a MUST for next time. Other than that, what a great experience! I learned a lot, met some great new people in a really well put-together event and I'm really looking forward to the next one!
The event organizers are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They did everything imaginable to bend over backwards make everyone have a fantastic experience. The food and drinks were excellent.

Great organization in every sense. There were one or two talks that were not worthy to be included into this great lineup, but that just brings out the great quality of the majority of talks and overall event quality.
Organizers did an excellent job. Even better that the last year, so we have higher expectation every year.

Yet another great PHP Serbia conference is behind us.
Great organization, really good talks, smooth sailing, pleasant surroundings and great community/audience.
I was really sad to see conference was sold out so fast: last year international attendees were at much larger percentage and I had to see lots of disappointed faces in Zagreb. I know your primary concern is your own community (and I support that), but having diversity and bringing different communities together should be as high on the priority list.
If possible, it would be even better to have speakers dinner organized on the evening before the first day -> that way, if you decide to organize a social event on the evening of first day, speakers are able to join attendees there. If budget and time allow, maybe announce and organizer Belgrade sightseeing tour for speakers day before the conference? I know lot of them were really interested in seeing more of Belgrade and were wondering around by them selves.
