Good presentation - the slides of who's who kind of dragged a bit in the middle, but overall the message of "PhpTEK is a community" was loud and clear. I really enjoyed it.
Great talk - looking forward to doing some research on the ELK stack.
Usage of frameworks in mobile applications and within Cordova specifically, the part I was particularly interested in, felt like more of a tail-end footnote than a focus of the talk, which was rather disappointing. As a comparison of varying designs and paradigms in the two frameworks, the talk was OK, though it didn't feel particularly valuable compared to dedicated talks on either framework.
Great presentation by Anna Filina covering the basics of Unit Testing on PHP.
Really cool too see how easy it is to get an extension built for HHVM. I may have to try this stuff out. Well done.
A very interesting look into both HHVM and extending its functionality (especially for a HHVM noob). James was a bit jet lagged and nervous but he did great. Can't wait to see more talks from him in the future :)
There's nothing quite like having a package presented by its author! Concise, coherent and comprehensible, great stuff Colin!
Nicely done, approachable and entertaining, and makes you realise that machine learning can be simple to implement in practise, even though how it works remains quite mysterious!
Funny, nicely presented, but not especially useful
Really neat talk to see alternative ways of authenticating users.
