Really interesting to see a package that shows you not only contributors that had code merged into master, but across all pull requests and even issues. Really enjoyed the talk. Well delivered and great info for contributors as well as project maintainers.

Good talk about the importance of diagrams and flowcharts in the documentation and planning for building software.

Much talk! Very funny. It was cool to see more on the history of the PHP community and seeing all the shoutouts to people who have been around for a long long time and others who are relatively new but making a huge impact.

Enjoyed the talk and it gave a nice brief history of the PHP Community. As someone like Jeremy who has only been active in the community for 4-5 years, it's nice to see this history relayed to the new members of the community.

Kinda low energy. I expected the opening speech of the conference to cause people to get pumped about where the community is going. Instead, it was mostly a who's who that I had a hard time relating to.

As a n00b in the PHP community, this talk was very much welcome. Funny, too!

I enjoyed the talk. It's always great to get another perspective on a topic of great interest to me.

Excellent talk on the benefits and general process of moving from imperative to concurrent and parallel processing, using a simple (yet large-ish) data set. I know from experience that Eric knows a thing or two about asynchronous PHP, and I know it helped clear up a lot of areas that I wasn't particularly clear on before seeing the talk.

Eric had flash drives available with the necessary components to set up (so we didn't tank the conference wifi), but making the information available over the wire *ahead* of the conference would have eased setup time (plus mitigated some of my "plugging in a foreign flash drive" anxiety).

Great introduction to the powers of Elasticsearch and how to get started. Thanks!
