Good talk, covering the importance of vulnerability scanning and suggesting lots of tools for the job. I would have appreciated more pros-and-cons comparison of the many tools, especially the server-side tools since both large applications that I manage are locked to the public and probably won't work with the web-based tools shown.
Great presentation! It's too bad that this talk and your tutorial came before Nic's keynote speech about the importance of accessibility, because that would have laid the groundwork for your deep dive into the topic. Still, this talk was thorough, specific, clear, and helpful. Thank you!
Great talk! I loved the sense of humor. You did what I wish every presenter had done: You showed real-world examples with actual code that could run in production. This made your points so much clearer. Thank you!
A lot of fun with clear, easy speaking. Anyone who let's me know all the things that will screw with me ahead of time is okay by me ;-)
I was playing with something similar and this gave me some insights about some of the possibilities I didn't even realize were out there to use.
Excellent talk! Made me think much more differently about how to approach the issue of "accessibility" in a way i would never have come up on my own.
My father-in-law is blind & I think about this issue a lot, but I'm hoping I'll have some whole new approaches to my ideas now.
Smooth presentation and brought up a couple of points I hadn't thought of before.
I didn't think about lunch even once while she was presenting ;-)
Appropriate level of material and very informative for me personally. Ashley clearly knew her topic very well.
Don't be so nervous! Practice a few more times at some Meetups & you'll have a good conference talk to last you for the future.
I'll have to see if I can remember these tips the next time one of those entitled millennials start whining at me ;-)
Great conversation with well-informed people
(if Adam of someone else see this, could you post twitter handles of all the people on it. a couple of people I chatted with later but would like to follow)
Great speech, my favorite keynote of the event. You did what too few other speakers attempted: You were funny! Even though the topic was important, you didn't hold back from applying a sense of humor throughout the speech. Well done! And I love that Pac-Man jacket. :-)
