Impressive keynote on a topic that I love.
A bit too fast presentation. A lot of things to say and maybe too few time to do it.
I would concentrate on few examples maybe in more details.
Overall still a good presentation.

Speaking as a Symfony2 newbie who saw a lot of custom-baked config or alternatives like Zend Config or the upcoming Drupal Config (CMI), I found the talk to be engaging, with real technical content and practical applications, without losing rhythm.
