Talk comments

Loved the effectiveness of the talk. It follows a perfect plot: "we had this problem, we came up with this solution, we gained some knowledge along the way, here it is". Was it really your first talk? It didn't show. Thank you.

Probably a few slides too fast but the speech gives good advice on useful bundles.

The speech sounded a bit rehearsed, but the content was really good, and the comic interleaving of memes was funny and well calibrated. Good flow (pun intended) and narrative too.

I've found the topic really interesting, especially because I never touched it personally.

I'm going to have to echo Alessandro's sentiments, the talk was exceptionally well rehearsed, but it could use a slower, and more natural pace.

Good talk with a good flow, especially counting that handling a talk in two is harder!

Delivery could be a little slower, it ended a bit early.

I personally believe that Kubernetes and Helm are two hugely difficult topics to talk about in a live presentation. They are extremely code-oriented, and having a talk which contains a lot of code can easily become tiring.

Alessandro is a very good presenter and knows well what he's doing, I personally struggle a bit with following talks on this topic, but he got as close as possible to making it "digestible" even for me.

At first I was a bit unsure how to feel about it, as the first part felt a bit too much on the beginner side.

But the secret ending was great, and it completely changed the way I see this talk. You always should choose what works best for your use case, fancy methodologies are not always the answer.

The only real thing I would like to say about how to improve is balance a bit more the first part, in the sense that there could have been some more advanced topics to balance the beginner-oriented approach, in order to have something for everybody.

Excellent topic, very good delivery, but way too much stuff compressed in a single talk.
If it had half content, would give five stars
