This talk was a good addition to a PHP focused conference.
Interesting idea. But too much text on the slides that where too large for the display. Made it hard too read.
I enjoyed the fact that Michelangelo was able to provide a good overview (video was great) of the practice of deploying an application to Azure. He has some great practical experiences with Azure and it was good to see.
Incorporating a few more examples of the things you can do with Azure might have lengthened the talk a bit, but as it was it gave me time to ask lots of questions. :)
Good overview of security! Very, very informative; went a bit long, would like to hear more about some of the tools you mentioned. Great delivery, presentation and slides. Well done!
I really liked the practical application of twig that you presented in this talk. Was good to see how to use it, and not just a rehash of the documentation.
Un-PHP. Too much text. *sniff*
Sorry, I'm not trying to be mean.
I enjoyed this talk and wish there had been more time for Joel to flesh out the how. It helped solidify some of the ideas that I have about APIs and "REST"fullness as a whole.
While the speaker did an amazing job with this talk. It was very engaging and packed with information; the content was outside my area of interest.
I felt that is was one of the most underrated talked at the conference; I was sad to see so few showed up to listen to Cory talk.
He provided a fun and informative talk on Azure that actually got me excited to try it.
Great job for your first talk!
BDD is a development practice I've never used and this has inspired me to take a closer look at it.
