Good talk on the general topic of starting and managing the growth of an OS project.... and I know that the energy was good; but please talk a little more slowly for the non-German speakers in the audience (I know that was basically just me)... my slow understanding of German left me about 5 sentences behind what you were saying

Even with my very small understanding of German, I understood enough to know that the content of the talk was good; but I'd echo Michelangelo's comment about speaking to the screen, which did make it more difficult listening, and disengages from the audience

Great talk which perfectly describes the challenges of creating and maintaining opensource software.

Very interesting for everyone, from users to contributors, maintainers, supporters, companies and employers.

An awesome keynote which perfectly describes the needed soft skills as a developer which are more important than the hard skills.

I wish more people would see this talk. Also great slides!

and Thank you very much for sharing slide.

very useful information through a good presentation.
Good explanations how to reduce the loading time and increasing the score and improving the performance.

Very inspiring and really well presented :)

Melanie's Leidenschaft für das Thema war mehr als deutlich erkennbar. Sehr gut vorgetragen, viel Inhalt in kurzer Zeit rüber gebracht. Nächstes Mal gerne einen Ticken langsamer ;)

Brilliant keynote with a lot of good insights on what you skills you need as a developer besides the coding skills. Very well presented, very good flow and big thanks for switching to English on short notice.

Definitly a speaker & a talk conferences should keep an eye on.

Interessante Runde, mit schönen Ideen und guten Anregungen!

Hätte mir aber auch sehr gerne tiefgreifernde und spezifische Vorschläge für Entwickler gewünscht.
