Very good talk, but it felt like there was way too less time to cover the entire topic, this needs a two-hour talk or even a tutorial. Appart from that, very well done!
Very knowledgable speaker. even those not using Zend Framework will have learned something from Matthew's suggestions on model architecture.
Excellent speaker with good ideas provided. Some more concrete examples of the integration of the various layers would be nice, but would be very code-heavy, I suspect.
Excellent talk. Think I'll be looking into ORMs.
Lots of interesting information in the slides and Cal did a good job standing in for Lig.
Cal Evans gave a great talk, filling in for Lig. He covered a lot of information, much of which was new to me. The slides were awesome, very well organized and very informative, and Cal's shared his experience and knowledge in a dynamic way.
Good talk. I'd cut the first five or so slides and get right into the CakePHP stuff.
I really enjoyed this discussion, Stefan. I agree with Anonymous about thinking how I approach OOP design.
Although I was a bit scared going to the keynote (bad digg experience at DPC09) I have to say that Scott has given us a real good talk about the struggles digg has faced and how they solved them to get ready for the future.
Job well done Scott!
Matthew gave an awesome presentation on application architecture through proper modelling. This an framework agnostic presentation that was rich in principles and very informative.
