I think that the that the thesis of the presentation ("what is Vagrant and why should I use it") could be condensed into 5-10 minutes, which would have allowed for the rest of the time being dedicated to seeing some of the more advanced things you can/can't do with Vagrant and some best practices.
Most of the time I was like "whaaaaaat is happening?" - but great talk. a lot of new stuff learned. thanks!
