Really good content and an enjoyable presentation. I found the rapid back and forth of the laser pointer made it hard to see what you were trying to emphasize so maybe just keep it trained in one spot on the word or section you are pointing to. Otherwise, great!
Slow it a bit down to make it better

I've seen this talk several times now. Each time I see it I learn something new. This talk should be presented as the commencement speech at EVERY college of computing, EVERY YEAR. It's that good.
Paul is a phenomenal speaker, one of if not the best speakers in the PHP community.
