Disappointed that there was no interactivity. These are supposed to be WORKSHOPS, not lectures.

Conway's Game of Life was a problem that seemed to have a simple solution but turned out to be more challenging as Yitz added more constraints. I am looking forward to adding regular coding practice to my regimen, and plan on passing along the idea to my coworkers. Thanks for the fun workshop!

Great topics! I thought it was going to be mostly from a PHP perspective but there was EVERYTHING.... database servers, web servers, apache, the whole shooting match. Great tips and a lot to consider.

Great presentation. Just setting my computer up FOR the in class example, I learned some new things I never knew about before. Although, because of my beginner status, I was unable to keep up with the edits done during class, I still learned a lot.

Waaay too much stuff to cover in too little time... But it was awesome to hear about the new stuff in PHP7.

Fun guy. kept everyone entertained. mark 4 on 5 because he called a t-fighter instead of tie-fighter :P

ZF2 can be a bit confusing as there are many ways to accomplish the same thing. This helped highlight the best practices and the reasons why they are best practices.

A good introduction to the subject. Fun to try to spot bad practises and not so fun to discover all bad practices you added to the short bit of code you wrote yourself during the workshop.

All in all a very informative and useful tutorial.

I wasn't an expert at PHP but thanks to this talk, I think I just might become one ;-)
